1. Service Description

Gospel Broadcast Charts ("GBC", "we", "us") is a metadata monitoring and chart reporting service. We collect "Now Playing" data from participating radio stations' public metadata feeds and compile weekly charts based on aggregated spin counts.

2. What We Do NOT Do

• We do not broadcast, stream, or transmit radio programming
• We do not claim to represent any radio station
• We do not guarantee airplay or chart placement
• We do not sell chart positions or accept payments for rankings
• We do not pay or report royalties to BMI, ASCAP, SESAC, or any PRO
• We are not affiliated with any performance rights organization

3. Chart Methodology

Weekly charts are compiled by counting spins (song plays) detected through station metadata feeds. Each spin counts as one point regardless of station size, market, or time of day. No weighting, market multipliers, or paid placements influence chart rankings.

4. Station Independence

All participating radio stations maintain complete editorial independence. Stations decide what music to play. GBC simply monitors and reports what stations are playing through their publicly available metadata feeds.

5. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, chart data depends on the quality and availability of station metadata feeds. We cannot guarantee 100% capture of all spins. Technical issues, feed outages, or inconsistent metadata formatting may affect spin logging.

6. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Station accounts must be claimed by authorized representatives. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Information We Collect

• Account information (name, email) for registered users
• Station metadata feed URLs provided by station representatives
• Song play data from public station metadata feeds
• Usage data for analytics and service improvement

How We Use Information

• To compile and publish weekly charts
• To provide reporting dashboards to registered users
• To communicate service updates and announcements
• To improve and maintain our services

Data Sharing

Aggregated chart data is publicly available. We do not sell personal information to third parties. We may share data when required by law.
